Job summary

Ingrid is seeking a senior project developer to lead the development of its energy storage assets in the Nordics. You will take full ownership from early assessment to ready-to-build status, negotiating with landowners, grid operators, and authorities while ensuring bankable and compliant projects.

The role requires a strong background in renewables, Nordic regulatory familiarity, and fluency in English. You will report to the Head of Development and occasionally travel within the Nordics to

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in project development in renewable energy or energy storage.
• Proven track record of projects reaching RtB.
• Experience with Nordic regulatory/permitting framework and financial/bankability knowledge.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive project development to secure land, permits, and grid connections to RtB.
• Negotiate agreements and build relationships with key stakeholders; represent Ingrid at events.
• Ensure financial viability and technical excellence in development efforts.
• Navigate regulatory processes and stay ahead of market trends for long-term viability.
• Identify and address project risks with strategic planning and problem-solving.
• Oversee project documentation to ensure regulatory compliance and handover quality.
• Coordinate across technical, financial, and regulatory work streams to drive innovation.
• Support Ingrid’s growth and success through cross-functional collaboration.
