Job summary

Roboyo Nordic is seeking a Regional VP to own the Nordics market strategy, P&L and growth. You will lead new-logo pursuits, build lighthouse accounts, and shape a high-performing Nordic team across consulting, engineering and delivery leadership.

You will drive partner-led GTM with UiPath, Microsoft, Appian and Celonis, while shaping AI transformation programs. Fluent English required; Nordic language a strong plus. Based in Stockholm with global backing.

Qualifications

10+ years in technology-enabled consulting or enterprise automation.
5+ years owning or co-owning a country/region.
Proven hunter credentials in multi-million EUR deals in the Nordic market.
Strong network with Nordic CIOs, CDOs, COOs.
Grounding in Intelligent Automation, workflow, GenAI or agentic AI.
Experience building or scaling a practice or market.
Fluent English; Nordic language (Swedish) advantageous.

Responsibilities

Own Nordic market strategy and P&L.
Define market plan across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland.
Lead new-logo pursuits and lighthouse accounts.
Create repeatable land-and-expand offers and 12-month transformation roadmaps.
Build a Nordic partner ecosystem with UiPath, Microsoft, Appian, Celonis, Mendix.
