YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to own and grow the Fire Detection Products business in Sweden & Norway. This role involves building a qualified partner network and delivering sustainable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven B2B technical sales experience, particularly in the fire safety sector, and experience in the Nordic markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B technical sales within the fire/safety/building solutions sector.
• Experience in Nordic markets (Sweden or Norway essential).
• Ability to manage full sales cycle independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow the Fire Detection Products business in Sweden & Norway.
• Build and maintain a minimum 3x pipeline coverage in Salesforce.
• Identify, recruit, and activate new system integrators and partners.
