This remote role involves overseeing payroll implementation projects, mainly focusing on Denmark. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience, strong communication skills, and a detailed understanding of regional legislation. Qualifications

• Experience with payroll processes and procedures in the Nordics.
• Ability to lead payroll implementation projects successfully.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global payroll implementation projects focusing on Denmark.
• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders during implementations.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines.

Skills

Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment

Expert legislative knowledge in the Nordics, especially Denmark

Strong communication skills

Experience in payroll implementation

Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities

Fluent English

Ability to work asynchronously

Accounting/reconciliations experience

Experience using Intega payroll software

Knowledge of local payroll tools (SAP, Excel, Google Sheets)

Experience working remotely
