Job summary

Ramboll Group A/S is seeking a Nordics Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery across Denmark and Sweden within a global payroll model. You will act as country payroll SME and escalation point for complex matters requiring local knowledge of tax, social security, pensions, and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong payroll experience in Denmark and Sweden.
• Knowledge of income tax, social security, pensions, statutory reporting, and collective agreements affecting payroll across Denmark and Sweden.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers and supporting payroll audits, controls, and compliance activities.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; Danish and/or Swedish language capability is a plus for local matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 guidance and country-specific payroll support for Denmark and Sweden across the end-to-end payroll cycle.
• Monitor changes in legislation affecting payroll, taxation, social security, pensions, and reporting.
• Partner with HR, Finance, local leadership, Global Payroll Operations, and providers to resolve complex payroll issues.
• Support vendor performance, payroll system enhancements, interface investigations, reporting, and process optimisation.
• Develop and maintain local payroll documentation and knowledge materials.
