Stryker is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage Nordic payroll for Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland from Malmö. You will partner with Nordic HR, Finance, and external providers to ensure accurate, timely payroll and lead digitisation projects that improve data quality and efficiency.

The role requires strong payroll knowledge across Nordic markets, fluency in English plus a Nordic language, and a track record of collaborating across teams to drive improvements.

Formación

• Two years of professional payroll experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in payroll.
• Payroll experience in at least one Nordic country.
• Knowledge of payroll regulations, pensions and insurance.
• Proficient with Excel and payroll data analysis.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Danish or Norwegian).
• Excellent attention to detail and service-minded.
• Ability to balance payroll deadlines with project work.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver Nordic payroll with external providers.
• Review, validate and reconcile payroll inputs and results.
• Ensure monthly commissions and other variable pay are reflected.
• Coordinate time data transfers in Cozone.
• Manage absence reporting and payroll adjustments.
• Provide payroll training and support to employees and managers.
• Lead payroll-related audits and maintain controls.
• Collaborate with Finance on reconciliations and reporting.
• Drive process improvements and automation opportunities.
