This role involves planning and coordinating projects while working closely with clients and internal teams. The company offers a hybrid work model after probation, enabling flexibility while leading important payroll initiatives.

Join us as a Payroll Implementation Lead and take ownership of payroll implementation projects across the Nordics - driving projects forward, building structure, and ensuring high-quality delivery for international clients.
In this role, you will lead implementation projects for payroll clients in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, taking ownership of smaller to mid‑sized projects while supporting larger initiatives alongside senior colleagues. You will be part of a newly established Nordic team, working centrally to support and strengthen our delivery across the region.
You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving implementation projects forward, working closely with clients and internal payroll and system specialists. The role involves frequent interaction with both clients and internal teams, including leading meetings, workshops, and alignment sessions throughout the implementation, ensuring a smooth and structured implementation journey.
This is a project-focused role with no people‑management responsibilities, where you will lead projects and coordinate stakeholders rather than working hands‑on in payroll systems.
You are an organized and proactive project manager who enjoys working with multiple stakeholders and driving structured deliveries.
You may be early in your project management career or already working independently with your own projects. Regardless, you are comfortable taking ownership, building relationships, and ensuring progress.
You have a natural ability to build trust and understand client needs, and you feel confident in a role with close client interaction. You are a strong communicator who can adapt your approach depending on the audience and create clarity in complex situations.
You don’t need to have worked hands‑on with payroll, but you have an understanding or strong interest in payroll and HR processes and how they connect.
You thrive in an international, fast‑paced environment and are confident communicating in English.
The salary range for this role is SEK 444,000 – SEK 600,000 gross per year. The final salary will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, and role scope, in line with our objective and gender‑neutral compensation framework.
