Job summary

Global-e Online Ltd. is seeking an experienced Partnerships Manager for the Nordics, based in Stockholm, Sweden. You will cultivate relationships with ecommerce partners, drive growth, and coordinate cross-functional teams to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or at least 3 years of equivalent work experience.
Proven track record in ecommerce partnership management or a similar commercial role, ideally within the ecommerce industry.
Strong business and financial acumen, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
In-depth understanding of Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) ecommerce platforms, logistics, and digital marketing channels.
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret data, derive insights, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all organisational levels, including executive and C-level.

Responsibilities

Partnership Management: Cultivate and sustain relationships with key ecommerce partners, including agencies, marketplaces, payment providers, platforms, and 3PLs.
Business Development: Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial terms; pursue new expansion opportunities.
Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve growth targets; analyze market trends and competitors.
Performance Analysis: Track KPIs for partnerships (referrals, demos, contract size, total contracts); provide actionable insights.
Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with internal teams and serve as primary contact for partners.
