Job summary

Comand AI is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own the end-to-end deployment of our defense software, from onboarding to production-ready delivery across Europe. You will identify design partners, decompose workflows, and coordinate with a Europe-wide team to maximize value and drive field adoption.

This senior role requires strong stakeholder trust, the ability to translate messy feedback into product signals, and the willingness to deploy into active theatres under strict security

Qualifications

• Senior-level experience leading ambiguous, high-stakes deployments or field rollouts abroad.
• Ability to build deep trust with external stakeholders quickly.
• Ability to translate messy feedback into clear product signals.
• Comfortable pushing back and driving alignment without formal authority.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment end-to-end: onboarding, operational support, feedback capture and synthesis, and iteration planning with product and engineering.
• Identify and secure design partners and champions to validate real operational workflows.
• Collaborate with a Europe-wide team to unlock opportunities with forces, partners or organizations.
• Translate field signal for the product team and turn qualitative feedback into clear next steps.
