EPAM Systems in Stockholm is seeking a Business Development Director – BFSI Nordics to expand EPAM's presence in the Nordic Banking, Financial Services & Insurance sector through strategic partnerships and growth.

You will leverage an established network to drive digital transformation projects, shape go-to-market strategies, and lead joint initiatives with clients, partners, and internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience selling bespoke digital technology services
• Established and actionable network within the Nordic Banking and BFSI sector
• Proven track record in identifying and closing large-scale, complex digital transformation deals
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory landscape and technology trends in banking and BFSI
• Native or fluent Swedish language skills and professional fluency in English
• Experience with partner collaboration for joint value propositions and co-selling
• Excellent relationship-building, client management and communication skills across all organizational levels
• Consultative solution-selling expertise with a history of achieving business targets

Responsibilities

• Originate and nurture new business opportunities in the Nordic BFSI market
• Drive consultative sales of digital transformation solutions to exceed revenue targets
• Coordinate engagements to shape optimal solutions
• Develop value propositions, proposals and go-to-market strategies
• Collaborate with internal and partner ecosystems to co-sell and strengthen pipeline
• Drive joint marketing and thought leadership in the Nordic BFSI space
• Maintain visibility in industry forums to promote EPAM's capabilities as a trusted transformation partner
