Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of quota-carrying strategic sales experience in SaaS or technology, ideally with AI exposure.
• Proven success closing complex deals with multiple stakeholders across business, IT, legal, and procurement.
• Well-connected in the Swedish retail landscape with senior network and C-suite relationships.
• Experience selling to product/engineering leaders and translating tech into business value.
• Deep understanding of Swedish procurement and legal processes to accelerate deals.
• Comfort in a high-growth, early-stage environment with ability to create new playbooks.
• Passion for voice/audio AI and customer value, with client-focused mindset.

Aufgaben

• Build and manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts across Sweden, focusing on Retail.
• Identify new opportunities where AI voice capabilities drive engagement and efficiency for retailers.
• Lead multi-stakeholder sales cycles with compelling business cases for senior executives.
• Develop deep understanding of conversational AI trends and Swedish retail use cases.
• Demonstrate expertise or willingness to learn about ElevenLabs' voice technology.
• Develop and execute account strategies to expand presence in the Swedish retail sector.
• Collaborate with Customer Success, FDEs and Solutions Engineering for onboarding and expansion.
• Advise clients on trends in generative AI, voice interfaces, and conversational agents.
