You’ll provide first‑line support for members in Sweden, Norway, and Denmark, advise on membership options, and handle questions with helpful, solution‑oriented responses while reporting bugs.

Qualifications

• Customer service mindset and a quick learner.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and systems.
• Comfortable with calculations.
• Fluent in English and at least one Scandinavian language.
• Citizen of Sweden.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for members in Sweden, Norway and Denmark.
• Advise members on membership options.
• Handle incoming questions and issues efficiently by offering helpful, solution-oriented responses.
• Identify and report bugs or other issues in the app.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks.
