You will collaborate with sales on discovery calls, product demonstrations, and technical deep dives, delivering tailored solutions and compelling proof-of-concepts.

Qualifications

• Experience as consultant, sales engineer, or presales.
• Enterprise software experience, esp. contact center or automation.
• Programming skills: JavaScript; Java/Python a plus.
• Experience with conversational AI and Generative AI tech.
• Knowledge of contact center tech incl SIP, ACD, ASR, TTS.

Responsibilities

• Support discovery calls and technical deep dives.
• Deliver product demonstrations and POCs/POVs.
• Create and deliver powerful presentations for customers.
• Provide technical guidance to sales teams during the sales cycle.
• Stay updated on competitive AI landscape and communicate value proposition.
