Nordic Investin is recruiting a HR Service Delivery Specialist on behalf of one of our partner companies. You will own the practical direction for HR services delivered through clear cases, knowledge and ownership, focusing on end-to-end processes.

You will collaborate with managers, employees and specialist colleagues to translate goals into case management and data handling, improve service metrics and drive practical, compliant improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering consistent HR services through clear cases, knowledge and ownership.
• Strong knowledge of case management and employee data.
• Experience applying knowledge articles and measuring service metrics.
• Ability to assess risk, priorities and trade-offs involving process improvement.
• Evidence of clear stakeholder communication and dependable end-to-end ownership.
• Professional English and the judgement to work with sensitive or business-critical information.
