Job summary

BCD Travel is seeking a Payroll & HR Specialist to deliver payroll, HR operations and employee support across the Nordics from Sweden. You will manage Sweden payroll in Agda PS, coordinate with Norway and Finland, ensure compliance with employment law, and handle onboarding, HR policies, and benefits administration.

The role requires strong payroll expertise, HR operations experience, and excellent stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in payroll and HR administration.
• Experience with Agda PS payroll.
• Experience with outsourced payroll providers.
• Strong knowledge of Sweden employment legislation and HR practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the monthly payroll process in Sweden using Agda PS.
• Coordinate payroll activities for Norway and Finland with external vendors.
• Review, validate and approve payroll inputs, reports and outputs.
• Manage payroll documentation, reporting, audits and statutory requirements.
• Serve as primary contact for payroll inquiries from employees and managers.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and company policies.
• Oversee day-to-day HR operations across the Nordics (Sweden, Norway, Finland).
• Maintain employee records and GDPR-compliant HR systems.
• Support managers with HR-related guidance and employee relations matters.
• Assist with HR documentation, contracts and employment-related letters.
