Job summary

Rituals is seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to own payroll operations for Sweden and Norway. You will ensure accurate, compliant payroll delivery and partner with HR, Finance, and external providers in a fast-growing environment.

You will manage end-to-end payroll processing, stay updated on local legislation, and drive process improvements while supporting stakeholders across the business. Fluent Swedish and English are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of payroll experience.
• Experience with ADP GlobalView or SAP.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish or Norwegian payroll legislation.
• Excellent Excel skills.
• Fluency in Swedish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll for Sweden and Norway.
• Ensure compliance with local payroll legislation and regulations.
• Support and advise HR on payroll topics.
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll reporting and reconciliations.
• Drive continuous improvements in payroll processes.
