GlobalConnect seeks an Assistant Operations Supervisor to strengthen operational follow-up across Customer Operations in the Nordics. You will collaborate with leadership to turn priorities into action and support development initiatives.

Qualifications

Structured thinker who balances urgent operational needs with longer-term priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication in English and a Scandinavian language.
Experience in telecom, IT, operations, service management, or similar complex delivery environments.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and follow up operational priorities, actions, decisions, and deliverables across Customer Operations.
Drive structured follow-up of transformation initiatives and improvement activities.
Monitor KPIs, trends, and risk areas, coordinating follow-up actions.
Prepare management presentations, status updates, reporting, and decision-support materials.
Support strategic customer follow-up, critical cases, and escalations in relevant meetings.
Coordinate across Customer Support, Service Desk, and Operations Management to drive progress.
