PostNord Sverige is seeking a Nordic Learning & Leadership Development Manager to shape and deliver leadership initiatives that align with business strategy across the Nordics. You will translate needs into practical solutions and drive initiatives from concept through governance to continuous improvement, combining strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.

Qualifications

Extensive experience in learning and leadership development.
Proven track record across countries and functions.
Experience with business transformation and change leadership.
Strong stakeholder management.
Proficient Swedish and English communication.

Responsabilités

Shape and drive Nordic learning and leadership agenda.
Develop a common Nordic leadership framework.
Develop Group-wide learning ecosystem, including governance, LMS strategy and adoption.
Build capabilities in areas critical to PostNord’s future (operational excellence, safety, digitalisation, growth and transformation).
Lead Nordic learning forums to build alignment and collaboration.
Use data and external perspectives to measure impact and continuously improve.
