Job summary

Justera Group, based in Gothenburg, Sweden, is seeking a proactive IT Support Consultant to join their vibrant Regional IT Operations team. This position involves both 1st and 2nd line support, as well as contributions towards continuous IT infrastructure improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure and be comfortable working in both local and regional capacities. The role offers a supportive culture focused on learning and collaboration along with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure within a global environment.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Experience working in centralized/hosted IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to end users.
• Handle 1st and 2nd line support via Service Desk.
• Perform daily monitoring of systems and integrations.
