Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure environment.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Server/Desktop (10/11).
• Solid experience with VMware and backup solutions like Veeam.
• Good understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Knowledge of ITIL framework, especially incident management.
• Fluency in English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Provide 1st and 2nd line support for end-users and field engineers.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments and Active Directory.
• Ensure stable and secure network operations.
• Participate in and lead small-scale IT projects.
• Document systems and procedures clearly.
