Univar Solutions in Malmö is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage the entire order-to-cash process and support Nordic customers. The role focuses on reducing administration and enhancing customer experience by embracing digitalized workflows.

We seek candidates with several years of customer service experience, English and Swedish proficiency, and familiarity with SAP or ERP systems. Hybrid work from Malmö center offered.

Qualificações

• Several years of experience in a customer support function.
• Proactive, positive attitude towards colleagues and customers.
• Fluency in English at full professional proficiency and Swedish.
• Nice-to-have: Norwegian, Finnish or Danish.

Responsabilidades

• Register customer orders from email, EDI or online in SAP.
• Follow up on orders and deliveries.
• Handle calls and emails from B2B customers.
• Guide customers through the order-to-cash process.
• Process reimbursements and handle complaints.
