Job summary

Customer Service Representative

We are embarking on a journey to take the traditional Customer Service into a 2.0 version. For the most part, the job itself will center around supporting the entire process of “order to cash”, but in addition to that, we are driving a shift that will lead to more automation through optimized digitalization as well as a cultural shift for the entire department. About the Position

You are responsible for the entire process from “order to cash”. That means, from the customer buying, the goods being delivered, and Univar Solutions getting paid. In other words:

• First point of contact for customers in Nordics
• Register customer orders coming via email, EDI or online in our business system (SAP)
• Order and delivery follow-up
• Taking incoming calls and emails from B2B customers
• Guiding our customers through their errand’s
• Handling reimbursements and complaints

You will find yourself in diverse teams of 16 colleagues with a great dynamic. The office is super commuter-friendly in the centre of Malmö, and we offer some flexibility to work from home.

Who are you?

We believe you have several years of experience in some sort of customer support function previously and are used to various software (preferably SAP or another ERP-system). You have a positive and proactive attitude towards colleagues and customers alike. You have a keen sense of quality, and you like taking responsibility for your work and your contribution. We also believe you to be curious, open minded, and happy to contribute to trying new things.

As we are a global company, English at full professional proficiency is required. As is Swedish. Norwegian, Finnish or Danish is a merit, but not a requirement.
