Job summary

BMI Group is seeking a Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager for the Nordic region. You will lead our Sales Excellence initiative, combining central frameworks with local market execution to drive profitable growth.

You will manage local pricing governance, GTN and discount strategies, and steer CRM adoption while leading In-Country Analysts and Pricing professionals. Based in Malmö or Helsinki-Vantaa, you will collaborate across borders and drive analytics-led decisions.

Qualifications

• University degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in pricing or commercial analytics.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven mindset.
• Experience with Excel and reporting tooling (SAP/Analytics).
• English fluency; Scandinavian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales Excellence and pricing governance for the Nordic cluster.
• Bridge central frameworks with local market execution and pricing strategy.
• Develop and manage GTN, ASP, and discount governance.
• Coach in-country analysts and pricing professionals.
• Implement standard sales reporting and incentive schemes.
• Drive CRM adoption and pipeline management across teams.
