Job summary

BMI Group is building a new Nordic organisation and seeks a Commercial Excellence & Pricing Manager to bridge central frameworks with local execution in Malmö or Vantaa. You will manage local pricing, GTN, and sales analytics to drive profitable growth and implement standard reporting across the region.

Fluent English is required in a multinational environment; knowledge of Swedish, Finnish or Danish is a plus. The role offers development opportunities and a collaborative, informal workplace.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum a couple of years in a similar pricing/commercial role.
• Experience with PIM is highly beneficial and SAP is valued.

Responsibilities

• Drive Sales Strategy & Customer Segmentation and align with local market needs.
• Lead GTN & Pricing Management and oversee pricing governance.
• Drive Sales Management Cycle & CRM adoption with dashboards.
• Lead and coach in-country sales analysts and pricing professionals.
