Job summary

Ahlsell Sverige AB is seeking a Pricing Strategist to lead pricing transformation across Nordic markets. You will blend commercial strategy with advanced analytics and technology to influence pricing decisions and drive measurable impact.

Based in Stockholm, you will work with Group and country teams, manage pricing workflows, and turn data into decision-ready insights for senior leadership. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role with tangible business impact.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of relevant experience in pricing, analytics or commercial excellence.
• Strong analytical, modeling and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience handling large, complex datasets and translating insight into actions.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive selected workstreams from problem definition through development, implementation and rollout.
• Develop and refine pricing logic, decision rules, analytical models and recommendations.
• Translate complex commercial challenges into scalable, practical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product managers and end users to define system requirements.
• Coordinate testing and rollout activities with country pricing teams.
• Monitor adoption, impact and user feedback to drive improvements.
