Job summary

Ahlsell is seeking a Pricing Strategist to lead the Nordic Pricing 2.0 transformation from strategy to implementation. You will shape pricing logic, build analytical models and deliver practical tools that drive commercial decisions across the Nordic markets.

You will collaborate with Group and country management, pricing specialists, sales teams and system partners to translate insights into actions and measurable value, based in Stockholm with limited travel.

Qualifications

• Typically two to four years of relevant experience from management consulting, pricing, commercial excellence, business controlling, strategy, or a similar analytical role.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive Pricing 2.0 transformation workstreams from definition to implementation.
• Develop and refine pricing logic, decision rules, analytical models and commercial recommendations.
• Translate complex commercial challenges into scalable, practical solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, product managers and end users to translate needs into system requirements.
