Job summary

Citi in Sweden seeks an Associate Vice President, Client Manager to deliver best-in-class client experience across onboarding, service coordination, and credit management. You will manage multinational client relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and efficient operations within the Swedish market and Nordic corridor.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in client management within financial services.
• Solid knowledge of KYC/AML regulatory requirements in Swedish/EU contexts.
• Strong understanding of transaction banking and operational processes.
• Experience building and maintaining multinational client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation for assigned clients, ensuring smooth CRM requests and post-implementation follow-up.
• Coordinate credit management with Risk, Legal, and internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Act as primary contact for client escalations and coordinate cross-functional support across Sweden and the Nordic market.
• Support origination and cross-sell activities with RAMs, PAMs, and Subsidiary Account Managers.
