Job summary

Tobii Dynavox is seeking a Technical Support Representative to join our multilingual team in Stockholm. This full-time, fixed-term role (12 months) is onsite at our Östermalm office, 5 days a week, 8am-5pm.

The ideal candidate will assist customers and partners with technical inquiries across our products, providing high-quality support and timely responses. You will work in a fast-paced environment, leveraging curiosity about technology and a problem-solving mindset to help users.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and French.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows or iOS environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, partners and colleagues with technical inquiries via phone, email, chat and remote sessions.
• Build understanding of product features and best practices to empower users to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot issues across hardware and software platforms in collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships with empathy, patience and commitment to success.
