As a Technical Support Representative, you will join our multilingual Technical Support team, who are the product experts to whom users, professionals and partners turn to when in need of help. You'll be the voice of Tobii Dynavox to our primarily English and French speaking users and partners, delivering high-quality technical support while learning our diverse product portfolio in depth.
This is a full-time, fixed-term (12 months) role, onsite 5 days a week at our office in Östermalm, Stockholm. Working hours are 8am-5pm (Stockholm time), Monday to Friday. The ideal start date is as soon as possible, no later than mid-December 2026.
You’re a team player who proactively supports colleagues, manages your own workload, and prioritises effectively in a fast‑paced environment to ensure fast response times and high service quality.
You don't need to be an IT expert. What matters to us most is your curiosity about technology, willingness to learn, and passion to help others. We value any technical and troubleshooting skills as well as customer‑facing experience you bring.
Just as important, we’re looking for someone who shares our values. You enjoy collaborating with colleagues across teams, approach challenges with curiosity and a problem‑solving mindset, and treat others with empathy, respect, and consideration. You're open to feedback, eager to learn, and motivated to continuously grow while helping us deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
This is a fixed-term role, and at the moment we’re unable to promise a permanent position at the end of the contract. That said, you’ll gain valuable experience, build your professional network, and have access to learning programs that help you keep growing within a global organization. You’ll also be able to apply for relevant roles that match your skills and interests through our internal career portal.
