To learn more about what we make possible, or As a **Global Product Manager**, you will play a key role in shaping the future strategy and evolution of widely used AAC software.This role focuses on discovering and delivering solutions that meaningfully improve outcomes for therapists, families, and AAC users worldwide.You will be responsible for identifying the right problems to solve and enabling teams to deliver valuable outcomes, balancing user needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility. You will also contribute to the commercial success of the products, including go-to-market strategy, pricing, and business models.Collaboration is central to this role: you will work closely with Design and Engineering as part of empowered product teams, with Product Managers in other areas, and with key internal partners.The ideal candidate brings deep experience in product management and a strong track record of leading outcome-driven product development at scale. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, moving between strategic and tactical thinking, and leading through influence rather than authority.
