Job description

We’re on a mission to empower people with disabilities to do what they once did or never thought possible. As the world-leader in assistive communication solutions, we empower our customers to express themselves, connect with the world, and live richer lives.

At Tobii Dynavox, you can grow your career within a dynamic, global company that has a clear, impactful purpose - with the flexibility to also do what truly matters to you outside of work. What’s more, you’ll be part of a work culture where collaboration is the norm and individuality is welcomed.

As a member of our team, you’ll have the power to grow ideas in an unconventional environment. At the same time, you’ll work in a culture of ongoing learning and development, allowing you to constantly expand your area of expertise.

About The Role

Change is a constant part of our journey, and we want to make it happen with clarity and purpose, and make it stick. As our People Business Partner, you'll partner with leaders to drive growth and foster innovation, turning people, culture, and leadership into real business impact through people solutions that are scalable, efficient, and built to last.

One of your biggest projects will be to set up a global Change Management Task Force. You'll build practical change skills across leaders and teams, turning change management from a concept into a shared skillset and making transformation a natural part of how we operate, not a separate project.

Please Note

This is a full-time hybrid role (2-3 days at our Stockholm office in Stadion, Östermalm) with flexible hours. This role also includes occasional (10%) international travel, which would be communicated weeks in advance. Ideal start date is January 2027, with flexibility to accommodate a February 2027 start.

In this role you will:
  • Partner senior leaders as a strategic and operational partner that translates business priorities into people and organization outcomes that drive growth and performance.
  • Build our Change Management Task Force. Coach leaders and employees to grow practical change skills and challenge leaders to create clarity and accountability to drive change through their teams.
  • Strengthen the organization through proactive workforce planning, talent development, and leadership capability. Use People data and insights to anticipate needs, measure what matters and guide — from engagement and performance to organizational health.
  • Ensure that our ways of working, policies, and practices help the business perform fairly and compliantly while aligned with our values and business goals.
Who You Are

You're a proactive, pragmatic People Business Partner who genuinely loves change. Growth, shifting priorities, organizational transformation, and global collaboration energize you rather than frustrate you, and you're comfortable moving forward without having all the answers.

Rather than simply applying policies, you start by understanding the business and asking thoughtful questions, then turn challenges into practical people solutions. You're curious and commercially minded, connect people decisions to business outcomes, and have the judgment to assess risk, prioritize, and make independent calls with confidence.

You combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, moving easily between long-term priorities and day-to-day execution — including the number crunching and admin that comes with the role. You enjoy using your systems thinking to work smarter and minimize that kind of work, creating structure where it doesn't exist, driving initiatives forward without waiting for detailed instructions, and facilitating workshops and discussions.

Leaders trust you as an advisor because you pair sound judgment with a collaborative, constructive style. You're confident challenging perspectives when needed, and you turn leaders' pain points into clear action plans with real impact.

Ideal candidate would bring:
  • Approximately 3-4+ years of experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar business-facing HR role, where you gained exposure to mature people practices and scalable processes, worked autonomously and managed multiple priorities as well as stakeholder groups in parallel.
  • A strong track record of partnering with leaders through growth, change, restructures, transformations, or other complex people-related challenges.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience leading projects, or workstreams, creating structure and driving initiatives from idea to execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at different levels constructively, building trusted relationships while balancing employee, leadership, and business needs.
  • Strong commercial thinking, with the ability to connect people initiatives to broader business objectives and outcomes.
  • Excellent judgment and prioritization skills with experience making decisions independently and determining when escalation is truly needed.
  • Systems and process thinking, with the ability to connect people, processes, data, and tools to improve, simplify and automate ways of working as needed.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and communication skills, including leading workshops and presenting to groups.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English in professional setting. Additional language proficiencies are an advantage.

We believe in empowering individuals - including our own employees - to reach their full potential. So, if you want to change lives while growing your own career, we’d love to hear from you.

Where we stand:

We believe diversity not only enriches our workplace culture, but also gives us a strategic advantage. Working with people from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives helps us all become better communicators, better problem solvers, and better human beings. Our differences make us stronger.
