Raketech Group Limited is seeking a passionate Media & Publisher Coordinator to support the Director of Media & Publishers, grow the Nordic publisher network, and drive media placements. The role starts in admin and coordination, with a clear path toward sales ownership, partner outreach, and deal management.

The position is based in Sweden, full time, hybrid with a minimum of three in-office days weekly, and offers growth within the sales process as you develop.

Qualifications

• Structured and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Excellent written communication in English and Swedish.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and CRM or similar tools (Ahrefs, Humbl).
• Interest in digital media, affiliate marketing or iGaming and awareness of regulation.

Responsibilities

• Follow up on media placements and coordinate bookings, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ensure external publishers operate in line with local regulations and compliance.
• Review new publisher applications and maintain publisher/partner overview (contacts, status, agreements).
• Research and map potential new publishers and partners in the Nordic markets; prepare shortlists for the Director.
• Help prepare proposals, media kits and performance overviews for publishers/partners.
• Handle day-to-day written communication with partners and external providers.
• Join partner conversations to learn the craft and gradually take on smaller accounts/outreach.
