Job summary

PubMatic, Inc. is seeking a Director, Advertiser Solutions, Activate, to lead growth across Northern Europe including Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway.

You will build senior partnerships, unlock revenue, and position PubMatic as a strategic force in the market with AI-driven innovation. You’ll drive high-value commercial conversations, collaborate with Product, Solutions and Client teams, and own the end-to-end sales strategy for a defined advertiser portfolio.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in sales or business development within advertising technology.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying, real-time bidding and the DSP landscape.
• Established senior relationships with advertisers and independent agencies in France.
• Track record of winning new business and building long-term client partnerships.
• Confidence presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders; strong communication.
• Curiosity about AI and how new tech shapes programmatic advertising.

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute the Activate sales strategy across a defined portfolio of advertisers and independent agencies.
• Win and onboard new clients, generating sustainable and profitable revenue aligned with PubMatic’s objectives.
• Build trusted senior-level relationships with brands and agency decision-makers.
• Develop creative, commercially compelling solutions that translate programmatic capabilities into business outcomes.
• Partner with Client Solutions, Solutions Engineering and Product teams to deliver activation and innovation.
• Empower generalist sellers to represent Activate with confidence and autonomy.
• Represent PubMatic at industry events and expand market presence.
