This is a hands-on engineering role where your designs don’t stay on a screen — they become real machines on the shop floor.You’ll be part of a collaborative team of around **35 engineers**, working closely with production, testing, and suppliers. If you enjoy customer-specific design, technical problem-solving, and taking ownership of your projects, this is an environment where you can grow and make a tangible impact.**What you’ll be doing*** Lead mechanical design activities for both small and large customer projects* Design and adapt large-scale industrial machinery to customer requirements using 3D CAD* Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to engineering questions from customers and suppliers* Drive product improvements and contribute to R&D and innovation initiatives* Collaborate closely with engineering, production, testing, and supplier teams* Take ownership of project progress by proactively gathering information and coordinating internally* Support continuous improvement across mechanical design standards and solutions**About you**You’re a practical, solution-oriented engineer who enjoys seeing ideas turn into working equipment.
