Job summary

Ingka Centres is seeking a Markets Concept & Development Leader to base in Malmö, Sweden. You will act as a key business partner and link global resources, market leadership and Meeting Places on concept and development topics, always focusing on the customer journey and IKEA concept.

You will collaborate across markets to identify needs, drive deployment of Meeting Place solutions with local teams, and ensure the customer journey aligns with the concept framework, while coordinating

Qualifications

Experience leading teams and cross-functional initiatives in a complex, international setting.
Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trustful relationships.
Solid understanding of end-to-end customer journey in physical environments.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Meeting Places across the market to identify needs and translate them into clear development proposals.
Support and drive deployment of Meeting Place solutions with local teams and market leadership.
Ensure the total customer journey in the Meeting Place follows the concept framework.
Perform the Meeting Place Concept Review with key stakeholders.
Coordinate transformation initiation phases across the market with design and development teams.
Create improvement plans for different parts of the customer journey.
Guide local teams in simple, effective, and consistent ways of working.
Drive alignment, learning, and continuous improvement across countries and functions.
