Job summary

Ingka Centres in Malmö, Sweden seeks a Meeting Place Solutions Creative Leader to shape and improve design components for our Meeting Places. You will turn ideas into clear, practical solutions implemented across markets, ensuring visual strength and high-quality documentation.

You will work with creativity and structure to deliver cohesive concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and relevance in diverse environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, 3D modelling/visualisation, spatial design, retail design, or a related creative field.
• Strong skills in visual communication, design documentation, and 3D visualisation.
• Experience developing customer-focused concepts and design solutions for retail, commercial, or meeting place environments.
• Ability to translate creative ideas into clear guidelines, renderings, sketches, and implementation materials.
• Understanding of scalable, feasible solutions across different environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of standardised Meeting Place solutions and components, ensuring they are functional and cohesive.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation, including guidelines and visual materials.
• Develop 3D sketches, renderings, and other design assets to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and relevance across environments.
• Continuously refine the solutions library using feedback and best practices.

You are a creative, structured, and hands-on person who enjoys turning ideas into solutions that others can understand and use. You have a strong eye for design but also understand the importance of making solutions practical, scalable and easy to implement.

You enjoy working together with others and feel comfortable collaborating across functions, markets, and different areas of expertise. You are curious, detail-oriented, and motivated by creating solutions that improve the experience for both visitors and co-workers.

To succeed in this role, you bring:

As Meeting Place Solutions Creative Leader, you will help shape, develop, and improve creative solutions and design components for our Meeting Places. You will turn ideas into clear, visual, and practical solutions that can be implemented in different environments and markets.

You will work with both creativity and structure, making sure concepts are visually strong, easy to understand, and supported by high-quality documentation.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the creative development of standardised Meeting Place solutions and components, ensuring they are functional, visually cohesive, and aligned with our design principles.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation, including guidelines, technical files, visual materials, and supporting instructions.
• Develop 3D sketches, renderings, and other design assets that help bring concepts to life and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to make sure solutions are feasible, scalable, and relevant across different Meeting Place environments.
• Continuously improve and refine the solutions library, using feedback, learnings, and best practices to make our concepts even better over time.
