You are enthusiastic about managing and governing strategic initiatives while collaborating with cross‑functional teams, translating high‑level strategies into actionable plans that can be followed up on. Key Qualifications
- Portfolio Management. You possess solid knowledge of portfolio management, ensuring effective prioritization, follow‑up, and risk balance.
- Strategy and Business Development. You have knowledge of strategy and business development methodologies that will bring quality to our strategic work and will drive our strategic initiatives forward.
- Project Management. You have previous experience from managing projects, preferably in a large global organization or similar environments.
- Analysis and Presentation. You have previously experience in doing qualitative and quantitative analysis and have proven skills in building impactful presentations.
- Relationship Building. You are excellent in building networks and creating impactful and influential relationships.
- Leadership and Operational Skills. You have led business development work and delivered results, showcasing your leadership and operational experience.
- Meeting Place. Preferably you have experience from meeting place business or from the retail industry.
- Digital Solutions. Experience from digital solutions and tools supporting business development initiatives.
A day in your life with us
As a Strategy & Portfolio Specialist in the Strategy & Insight team you will contribute to the creation and deployment of winning and actionable strategies. Going from vision to action and from data to decision, securing seamless strategy deployment within Ingka Centres roadmap.
You will be leading the management and follow‑up of the portfolio of strategic initiatives across the planning landscape to maximize the value creation aligned with our Value Creation goals. It is an opportunity to be part of the core of Ingka Centres business, to learn and develop together with the core team working with strategy, insights and portfolio.
Your everyday will also involve translating complex tasks into simple solutions, networking and inspiring the implementation of our strategic direction across our organization.
Responsibilities
- Support and facilitate the development of initiatives with alignment to Ingka Centres Direction.
- Develop portfolio management with clarity in prioritization, follow‑up, and risk balance to ensure a balanced portfolio to support the deployment of the Ingka Centres Direction.
- Ensure clarity in goals to facilitate effective measurement of success.
- Identify and facilitate cross team collaboration and prioritization from a total portfolio perspective to create opportunities for synergies and a shared approach.
- Responsible to continuously propose improvement to the portfolio framework based on experience and proactive analysis.
- Provide insights based on analysis of internal and external conditions that can influence the portfolio priorities.
- Stay up‑to‑date with the developments in the initiatives and keep the network informed.
- Provide reporting and analysis of the portfolio progress and performance, including opportunity/risk mapping, evaluation of costs.
- Support and facilitate the organisation in how to create business cases as well as running and follow‑up projects/initiatives.
- Collaborate with Ingka Group Strategy Development & Innovation portfolio team for development and alignment to increase efficiency and impact of Ingka 10 jobs and Ingka Centres Direction.
- Support in analysing and bringing clarity to strategically prioritized questions and present your findings in an impactful way.
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve issues related to the portfolio.
You’ll report to our Strategy & Insights Manager, and be based in Malmö, Sweden.
