A day in your life with us

As a Leasing Manager at Ingka Centres, you will play a key role in transforming traditional shopping centres into vibrant, community‑driven Meeting Places by securing the right mix of relevant and inspiring retail partners across our locations in Sweden. Your role will involve creating strong commercial offers that reflect visitor needs, driving synergies between categories, tenants, and local communities, and actively monitoring trends, property values, and retail structures to stay ahead of the market. Building trust and long‑term partnerships will be essential to bring stakeholders together around a shared vision for our Meeting Places.

Responsibilities

• Secure short‑term and long‑term asset development by working with lease premises in existing and future Meeting Place projects.
• Prepare clear feasibility studies and negotiate the most favourable conditions for the Meeting Places.
• Analyze and identify the latest trends and deep business insights to ensure they are incorporated into business planning and negotiations, improving our offer and aligning it with customer needs.
• Lead and develop strong, long‑lasting partnerships with key players, enlarging their presence in Meeting Places and supporting their commercial performance.

Location

This position is based in Malmö, Sweden, or Stockholm, Sweden. Your manager will be Lisa Löwegren, Lease Category Team Leader.
