Job summary

Ingka Centres, part of Ingka Group, is seeking a Meeting Place Solutions Creative Leader in Malmö, Sweden. You will shape, develop, and improve creative solutions and design components for our Meeting Places across markets.

You will turn ideas into clear, visual, and practical solutions with strong documentation, collaborat­ing with cross-functional teams, and ensuring concepts are feasible and scalable in different environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in graphic design, visual merchandising, 3D modelling/visualisation, spatial design, retail design, or a related creative field.
• Strong skills in visual communication, design documentation, and 3D visualisation.
• Experience developing customer-focused concepts and design solutions for retail, commercial, or meeting place environments.
• The ability to translate creative ideas into clear guidelines, renderings, sketches, and implementation materials.
• A good understanding of how to create solutions that are scalable, feasible, and easy to apply in different environments.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality, consistency, and continuous improvement.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative development of standardised Meeting Place solutions and components, ensuring they are functional, visually cohesive, and aligned with design principles.
• Create and maintain clear design documentation, including guidelines, technical files, visual materials, and supporting instructions.
• Develop 3D sketches, renderings, and other design assets that help bring concepts to life and support decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions are feasible, scalable, and relevant across different Meeting Place environments.
• Continuously improve and refine the solutions library using feedback and best practices.

You will work with both creativity and structure, making sure concepts are visually strong, easy to understand, and supported by high-quality documentation.
