Job summary

PALFINGER Sweden in Malmö seeks an experienced Workshop Manager to lead the service workshop, drive daily operations, allocate resources, and ensure high-quality, efficient processes. You will create conditions for professional and customer-oriented service while upholding a safe, healthy work environment.

You will manage budgets, monitor targets and KPIs, develop staff, and coordinate service and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Documented leadership experience, preferably from workshop, service, or technical operations.
• Strong interpersonal skills with customer focus.
• Good technical understanding and ability to absorb new information.
• Experience with budget, results, and operational follow-up.
• Structured, organized, and solution-oriented work style.
• Swedish and English, spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
