Job summary

PALFINGER Sweden is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead our Malmö service workshop. You will guide skilled mechanics, drive safe and efficient operations, and uphold PALFINGER's high standards. You will manage daily activities, allocate work, monitor quality, and push improvements.

You’ll be responsible for personnel, budgeting, and achieving business targets. Fluent Swedish and English are required, with a collaborative leadership style and a drive to develop the team and deliver

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in workshop, service, or technical operations.
• Strong interpersonal and customer-focused skills.
• Good technical understanding and ability to absorb new information.
• Understanding of technical products, service, and preventive maintenance.
• Experience in budgets, results, and operational follow-up.

• Proficient in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
