Job summary

PALFINGER is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager for our Malmö service workshop. You will lead a skilled mechanics team, drive daily operations, and ensure safe, high-quality work aligned with PALFINGER standards.

You will manage budgets, targets, and improvements, develop staff skills, and foster a strong customer-focused culture. Strong leadership, tech understanding, and bilingual communication in Swedish and English are essential.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the daily operations of the service workshop in Malmö.
• Lead, allocate, and optimize the work in the workshop.

• Create the conditions for professional and customer-oriented service.
• Be responsible for a safe, healthy, and well-functioning work environment.
• Coordinate and lead service and improvement initiatives.
• Hold responsibility for personnel, budget, and results.
• Follow up on business targets and key performance indicators.
• Develop employees’ skills and promote strong collaboration within the team.

• Ability to work in an organized, structured, and solution-oriented way.
• A goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven way of working.
• Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
