Job summary

Vend is seeking an experienced User Engagement Director to manage the end-to-end user lifecycle, focusing on onboarding and retention. This pivotal role ensures a seamless user experience by bridging Marketing and Product & Tech while driving sustainable commercial growth.

The ideal candidate should have significant experience in CRM and Lifecycle Marketing, alongside knowledge of user segmentation and A/B testing. Applications must be submitted by 31st July 2026.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, or Retention strategy at scale.
