Qualifications

• Experience in supply-chain control and lifecycle management.
• Manufacturing coordination with related documentation management.
• Clear collaboration and communication across project teams and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end manufacturing and supply-chain activities for US, AC160 and WSE products.
• Safeguard component availability and maintain forecasts and purchasing plans.
• Support manufacturing and engineering changes and validate commercial documentation.
• Coordinate quality, repair, test-equipment, and tooling matters with GPV and other suppliers.
• Report to the Nordic CIS Engineering Manager and be located in Västerås; model of work: hybrid.
• Documentation: Build purchase-order folder structures and ensure documents uploaded and complete.
• Coordinate cooperation with GPV: hardware issues, quality of manufacturing.
• Oversee test equipment, tools and external suppliers including Mekanotjänst, AQ Plast, Aluscreen, Modellservice and Sidrag.
