Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC in Västerås, Sweden is seeking a Supply-Chain Coordinator to oversee end-to-end manufacturing and supply-chain activities for US, AC160 and WSE products, safeguarding component availability and maintaining forecasts.

You will report to the Nordic CIS Engineering Manager, work in a hybrid model, and coordinate with GPV and other suppliers on quality, tooling, and engineering changes while validating documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply-chain control, lifecycle management, and manufacturing coordination with documentation management.
• Strong collaboration and communication across project teams, GPV, and third-party suppliers.
• Analytical capability to safeguard component availability and manage forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end manufacturing and supply-chain activities for US, AC160 and WSE products.
• Safeguard component availability and maintain forecasts and purchasing plans.
• Support manufacturing and engineering changes and validate commercial documentation.
• Coordinate quality, repair, test-equipment, and tooling matters with GPV and other suppliers.
• Prepare product forecasts and update pricing in GPV systems.
• Maintain Master Production List and manage delivery plans.
• Coordinate ECOs and manufacturing activities for project work.
• Build purchase-order folder structures and ensure documents are uploaded.
• Oversee cooperation with GPV on hardware quality and manufacturing.
