In this role we imagine you with attention to detail, accurate and results oriented. You are always looking for ways to streamline and simplify processes.
You are also a strong communicator and enjoy working together with your team as well as with other stakeholders; internal (Meeting Places, Leasing, Legal) and external (tenants, Collection agency, lawyers). To succeed in this role, you should have very good knowledge of both English and Swedish, written and spoken.
You bring experience from having worked in a similar function. Since MS Excel is an important tool in this role you need to be able to navigate it very well. Experience with MS Dynamics and Power BI is also an advantage.
You will report to Finance Manager Nordics, and you will be based in Malmö, Sweden.
