Job summary

Tendium AB is seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive renewals and uncover upsell opportunities within the SME sector. You will balance relationship-building with technical support to ensure customers maximize value from Tendium’s AI-driven tender management platform.

You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams while proactively identifying growth opportunities and supporting customers across Europe. Fluency in English and Norwegian is expected.

• Experience in a customer-facing role within the SaaS/tech sector.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and build strong relationships with customers to understand goals and pain points.
• Develop and execute a customer success plan to achieve desired outcomes.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to users of the platform.
• Monitor usage and provide recommendations to improve adoption and usage.
• Assist with renewals and identify upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales and product teams and provide customer feedback.
