Qualifications

• Proven B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Independent, results-driven with ownership.
• Excellent communication at all levels of an organization.
• Curious about AI and digitalisation and how tech can transform business.
• Experience selling to the public sector is a plus.
• Fluent in Norwegian and English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the entire sales process with new and existing customers—from prospecting to closing.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities using Tendium’s analytics and insights tools.
• Collaborate with product to provide feedback and influence development.
• Stay informed on trends in public procurement, AI, and SaaS.
• Contribute to team and company growth and culture.
