Gallagher Sweden seeks a Junior Producing Broker to join the Large & Complex team in Stockholm or Gothenburg, serving Swedish and international clients across Liability, Property, Cyber, and Financial Lines. You will work with veteran brokers to build relationships, analyze risks, and gradually take on your own client portfolio ensuring growth and cross-border solutions.

• University degree in law, business or finance or related field.
• Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, risk management, or legal services is advantageous but not required.

Overview

Are you looking to build a career in client advisory, business development, and insurance while working with some of Sweden's most complex and international corporate clients?

Gallagher is seeking a Junior Producing Broker to join our Large & Complex team in Stockholm or Gothenburg. We work with leading Swedish and international companies, many operating across multiple countries and facing complex risks within Liability, Property, Cyber, and Financial Lines.

As part of our continued growth, you will join an entrepreneurial and ambitious team, working closely with experienced brokers and advisors. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain deep insight into international risk management, develop strong client relationships, and gradually take on increasing business responsibility.

About You

We are looking for someone with a strong ambition to develop professionally and a genuine interest in business development, relationship building, and client advisory.

You likely have a university degree in law, business, finance, or a related field. Experience in insurance, underwriting, claims, risk management, or legal services is advantageous but not required.
