Are you passionate about building long‑term client relationships? We are now looking for a Client Executive to join our Corporate Solutions segment. In this role, you will act as the client lead and placing broker with a holistic perspective across all types of non‑life insurance, working closely with specialists within Corporate Risk & Broking at WTW.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client lead and placing broker for a portfolio of non‑life insurance programmes.
• Lead a client team of at least two people (Client Executive and Client Advisor) and coordinate additional specialist brokers as needed.
• Ensure profitability and overall service delivery for clients in the portfolio.
• Provide high‑quality advisory services and facilitate the placement of clients’ insurance programmes.
• Participate actively in new business development together with the sales team.
• Report to the Segment Leader for Corporate Solutions or a Team Leader within Corporate Solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience and expertise as either a generalist or specialist within non‑life insurance, from an insurance company or an advisory environment.
• International placement and global programme experience is an advantage.
• Registration as an insurance intermediary required; training and licence support will be provided if not already registered.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a merit.
• Engaged, structured, solution‑oriented, able to work efficiently and proactively.
• Strong collaboration skills across teams and departments, with an emphasis on planning and organization.
• A proactive mindset that makes a real difference.

Location: Stockholm, Gothenburg or Malmö. Travel is required and varies depending on client and project needs.
